Bullet for My Valentine - Venom

A Sneak Peek...

On August 14, 2015, "Bullet for My Valentine" released their fifth album "Venom".

This is not a special, revolutionary, or groundbreaking album, or even one of the band's successful albums, it even contains the same as we heard from the band in the past.

But this is exactly why we write about it, there is a "comfort food" here. A display of the band's abilities and materials that sound like previous albums and it's great fun. Not all the time we are looking for the new and different, sometimes we like to eat the same dish over and over again just because it is delicious.

Perhaps the different and special thing about this album is drummer Michael "Moose" Thomas. This is Michael's last album with the band, he is one of the band's founders and also took a significant part in the album writing and creation and he is also a very talented drummer!

On this album, the band also replaced bassist Jason "Jay" James with Jamie Mathias and although the latter received credit on the album, all the bass roles were performed by the band's leader, guitarist, and singer Matt Tuck.

Six singles came out of the album, the first three of which were really good and led to a very successful exposure for the album: "No Way Out", "You Want a Battle? (Here's a War)", "Army of Noise", "Venom", "Worthless" and " Skin ".

We admit... we have a soft spot for this English metal band and we will always keep it in our hearts!!
